Mt. Bachelor Village was developed by Brooks Resources. After 40+ years of ownership and operation by Brooks Resources, Mt. Bachelor Village Resort was acquired by affiliates of Oksenholt Capital in 2018. While the ownership may have changed, the distinct characteristics that made Mt. Bachelor Village Resort attractive 40 years ago, still exist today. In fact, many owners have been owners for literally decades. After acquiring Mt. Bachelor Village Corporation and the Resort Assets from Brooks Resources, Oksenholt Capital initiated an improvement plan to renovate and modernize the Lodge and other key aspects of the Resort. As Bend and Central Oregon continue to grow as a popular destination, the future of the Village looks bright.
