Mount Bachelor Village Resort updates and adds promotions and packages frequently.  Check back often for updated promotions and special offers! All packages must be booked by calling into our reservations office. Please make sure to read all of the fine print.

ALL Packages cannot be booked online.

 

Outdoor Adventure Package

Starting from $205/per person (minimum 2 people) 

This package includes:

• Two night stay in a River Ridge Executive
• Gift Basket of outdoor goodies (energy bars, water bottles, disposable camera, etc.)
• A Half-Day Guided tour of your choice:
    - a Big Eddy River Rafting Trip (May-Sept)
    - a Cave Tour into a remote desert cave (year round),
    - a Canoe Trip on the Deschutes River (March-May),
    - a Canoe Trip on the Cascade Lakes (June-October),
    - a Kayak Trip on the Cascade Lakes (June-October),
    - a Volcano Tour into the crater of an ancient caldera (June-October),
    - or a Snowshoe Tour off trail into the snowy Cascades (Dec-April).

Looking for a getaway but scared of the price of gas? Mount Bachelor Village Resort is the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation, and you'll be refueling more than your mind and body with a $50 Gas Card*. With over 6 different hotel or condo types, there is something to fit every budget.

*Two night minimum. Room rates start at $139/night .  Quantities are limited. Based on availability. Not valid in July and August or with any other promotion. Tax not included.

Moonlight/Starlight Adventure Package

$209.00 per person ($219.00 per person Peak) (minimum 2 people)

This package includes:
• Two night stay in a River Ridge Executive
• Gift Basket of outdoor goodies (energy bars, water bottles, disposable camera, etc.)
• A Guided Moonlight/Starlight Canoe (June - October)
OR  Moonlight/Starlight Snowshoe Tour (Nov-April)

Moonlight Tours available around the nights of the full moon, otherwise it will be a Starlight Tour.

Based on availability - during July & August and all holidays minimum stays apply.  Advanced reservations are required and reservations cannot be booked online. Not valid with any other promotion.  Tax not included.  Room upgrades available - just ask!
 

$50 to Spend

Stay 2 nights and receive a $50 gift card for one of the following: 

Rates start at $139/night plus tax. One card per stay. Based on availability. You must mention this promotion when making the reservation. Not valid in July and August or with any other offer. Reservations Cannot be booked online.

Romance Package

Treat your sweetheart to a special romantic getaway. You will be welcomed into your luxurious suite with a beautiful basket of getaway essentials-chocolates, a bottle of sparkling wine, our Mt. Bachelor Village wine glasses,  coffee, flavored creamers, and assorted snacks. On your second night, enjoy a dinner for two at one of Bend's Finest Restaurants.

For $628.00 ($658.00 Peak) this package includes:
• Two night stay in a River Ridge One Bedroom Suite
• Dinner for two
• Gift Basket
