What times are Check-In and Check-Out?

Check in is at 5pm.  If you need an earlier check-in, call us a day before your arrival and we will try to accommodate you. 

Check-out is at 11am.

Do you allow pets?

I am sorry we do not allow pets of any kind in our River Ridge or Ski House units. If you are traveling with your pet(s), you may make arrangements for your pet(s) at the Bend Pet Resort by calling 541-388-0435.

Do you have a shuttle to Mt. Bachelor ski area?

YES we do!  Mount Bachelor Village Resort is the ONLY lodging in Bend that offers their guests complimentary bus transportation to and from Mt. Bachelor.

Do you have an airport shuttle?

We do not have an airport shuttle. You may contact Redmond Airport Shuttle at 541-382-1687 for transportation to and from Redmond/Bend Airport.

How far are you from Downtown Bend?

We are located within Bend City limits, and just 3-5 minutes from the downtown area.

How far are you from Mt. Bachelor Ski Area?

We are located approximately 18 miles from the Ski Area.

How far are you from Redmond/Bend Airport?

We are approximately 20 miles south of the airport - a 30 minute drive.

Is there lodging on Mt. Bachelor?

There is no lodging on Mt. Bachelor. We are right on the edge of Bend and on the road to Mt. Bachelor.

What airport would I fly into?

Redmond/Bend Airport. The airport code is: RDM
